Cancellations

 Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the service charge.

Refund Policy

If you have any concerns with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours.

No refunds are offered on eyelash extension services.

Additional Information

We ask that all clients have all eye makeup removed (mascara, eyeliner, etc) prior to coming to their appointment. If you arrive to your appointment with makeup on, we will need to spend extra time getting them clean, resulting in less lashes for you.

As we are a home based business, please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment.
